Return Policy – Tomas Furnishers

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your products, you may return them to us for a refund under the following conditions:

1. Condition of Returned Items

  • The item must be in its original packaging,

  • unused, and in a resalable condition.

We reserve the right to inspect the returned product before issuing any refund or exchange.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged:

  • Please send us clear photos immediately after noticing the damage.

  • We will then arrange one of the following:

    • A replacement item, OR

    • A repair, OR

    • A collection of the damaged item at our cost.

We will ensure the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

3. Returning Non-Damaged Items (Change of Mind)

If your item is not damaged and you simply want to return it:

  • You must notify us within 4 weeks (28 days) of receiving your order that you plan to return it.

  • We offer a full refund for the item once it has been returned to us and inspected.

  • The cost of returning the item back to us is your responsibility, unless we decide otherwise based on your location or special circumstances.

If you are in South Africa:

We can arrange transport to collect the item from you on request.
Collection fees may apply depending on location.

4. Exchanges

In the case of an exchange:

  • We will only send the replacement product after the original item has been returned to us and inspected.

  • Any price differences (if applicable) will need to be settled before the replacement is dispatched.

5. Refunds

Refunds will only be processed after we have received and inspected the returned item.

  • If we find the item in satisfactory condition, we will refund the full amount of the returned product.

  • Refunds are processed within 2 weeks (14 days) after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used during checkout.

    • If you paid by card or online gateway, we will refund through the same platform.

    • If you paid by bank deposit or EFT, we will contact you to confirm your banking details for the refund.
